Payment Options

We accept payment by Visa ©, MasterCard ©, American Express ©, Personal checks (must first clear before shipment) , cashier checks or money orders.

At Cyber Depot, we understand the importance of protecting you and your credit card information. Our site is equipped with Secure Socket Layer software, which means all personal data you send us (name, address, credit card information, etc.) is encrypted during the transmission process and can only be read by our customer service department. Shipping Options

Currently we offer shipping via UPS, or USPS priority mail for most merchandise. We offer UPS Ground, UPS Second Day Air and UPS Next Day Air shipping options. 

Costs for these options are calculated according to the weight of the merchandise and the destination of the shipment. Most shipments originate from New York. UPS Ground delivery is only available in the 48 contiguous United States. The air-shipping options are available throughout the USA. 

International Availability

Please Email us or call us regarding additional shipping cost on all international orders.  A fee of up to $2.00 may be added on at payment phase that was not shown in shopping cart as part of terms for international shipping agreement.  Any amount over $2.00 will be confirm  via telephone or email prior to charging that amount.    

Order Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order for a full refund, you have  a one-hour period after placing your order to contact us. Contact Cyber Depot customer service at (1-516-798-6934) or via E-mail to request to cancel your order.  There is not penalty or restocking fee for any order canceled prior to shipping.  

Returns & Exchanges (US only)

This does not apply to Enesco Music Boxes

We are sorry but  Non-defective Enesco Music Boxes are not returnable. This is due to the value of these music boxes.  

All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in their original box and in like new condition to qualify for a refund. Merchandise must be shipped back to Cyber Depot at customers expense. Any accompanying manuals and/or accessories must be returned with the product. A minimum restocking fee of 15% will be charged on returns that are not in like new condition, missing accessories or components or packaging is not pristine.  

After 3 days products may not be returned to Cyber-Depot.com.

If you would like to exchange an item for the identical item (if broken only) we will try to make the exchange. However, due to product availability this option may not always be possible. In those cases we will issue a refund to your credit card. All our Enesco music boxes are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping. If something is damaged during shipping a claim will be filed with the carrier.
